I loved both games. Gravity Rush 1 was made originally for the PSP Vita so the scope of the world is noticeably smaller compared to the second game but GR1's gameplay is still absolutly fantastic. GR2 has a bit of a slow start and I found the story to be a bit mediocre but still had a fantastic time. The gameplay is the bread and butter.
Now with Gravity Rush 2 being developed for the Playstation 4 from the get go it really shows as it keeps the feel and charm of the first game while expanding and improving it in every way. The game is full of surprises, quirky characters, and funny missions. It feels indie in its concept, but AAA in its quality.
All in all, this is my favorite game to come out, early in this year, and it's a very unique game in terms of gameplay, visual look, characters and story, and a big improvement in all areas from the first game.
